Color Sergeant of the Marine Corps Warned After Burning Troops with Lighter

I don't want to call the Marines a nasty word for this (most of my friends are Marines), but this is absolutely beyond stupid. Using a lighter to burn IP's scared someone, and he slightly burned another, and he gets a warning in his jacket!?!?!?!? If you got hurt by a warm lighter, an AK47 round is going to really mess up your day. Me thinks they punished the wrong Marine! Tagged as humor because if I don't laugh at it, I will get more upset!
