While 27 Progressive Democrats voted to defeat this commonsense bill, 19 didn't. The 19 Democratic Representatives reached across the aisle to their Republican colleagues and passed a bill to protect children. It is now a Class VI Felony for debauched performers to expose themselves to innocent children.
This is the type of common sense I wish we would occasionally see in the US Congress!
