To quote from the NY Time article: "In testimony to the Senate last week, the acting F.B.I. director, Andrew G. McCabe, said, “There has been no effort to impede our investigation to date.”"

But if we quote the former FBI director, he said that the President told him, “I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. … He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go.”

MAJ Bryan Zeski - What we don't get from the article is whether or not the investigation of General Flynn was still ongoing, when FBI Director Comey was fired, or if the President has taken action in this matter other than his admittedly short conversation with the former Director. However, the acting FBI Director's Congressional testimony seems pretty straightforward about the White House not interfering in the FBI's Investigations. The intent of the article seems to me to be more innuendo and Trump bashing. FYI: Comey was not the first FBI Director to be fired. That title goes to FBI Director William Sessions who was fired by President William Jefferson Clinton back in 1993.

Wow, so apparently it's not at all like Watergate, in any way whatsoever. How about that?

LTC (Join to see) I am Old Enough to Remember and this is Sounding Exactly Like Watergate. Actually It is More Like Watergate on Steroids, At Least Nixon didn't enlist Foreign Intelligence Agents and Services when he Hacked the Democratic Party.
