I'm so glad there are no stupid people in the civilian world, that I do not get frustrated in the civilian world, that there are no walls in the civilian world, that all bosses listen in the civilian world.
I raise dairy goats, because when they are stupid, frustrating, become an obstacle, or won't listen: I eat them. God help me if they ever follow the same plan in respect to me.

Good luck with that Marines. The military is based on the lowest common denominator, and must adapt to those folks. When I was in the Army, I remember being told that everything is taught at the 8th grade level, so everyone understands. Its frustrating for those of us that get it the first time around.
But I don't see it changing at all. The military is designed a certain way due to the mission we perform.

We especially need disruptive thinkers in intelligence analysis. DIA and other national level organizations have programs.
