Toxic environment means that she created a hostile workplace and or allowed her CMSgt to do the same. I gurantee they did a climate assessment and there were comments made that made the Wing Commander initiate an inquiry. When they opened Pandoras box it probably exploded with numerous allegations...enough to remove the commander and Chief.

I believe the "toxic work environment" reference was from a previous incident. (422nd Air Base Group at Royal Air Force Croughton, England, in 2014)

A definite HMmmm. A commander and her senior NCO at the same time. Has me wondering if something went missing from the hand receipt.
