It won't be very funny when you have Cuban paratroopers coming in to seize back the oil facility. My cousin used to be a diplomat for Honduras and Cuban Secret Service took care of protecting Hugo Chavez. I wouldn't be surprised that a special Brigade of some kind is in Venezuela now to stop or mitigate the unrest.

I don’t think Cuba has the horsepower for paratroopers since the Soviets stopped supporting them... they don’t even export Doctors anymore.
