Interesting article but I would challenge its basic premise. There are several more proximate causes for the GOP losing seats in the House. For starters there's the fact that the GOP Congressional majority failed to use its power to legislate. To void Obamacare. To fund the wall. The most basic things they were asked to do. Secondly, the mass exodus of veteran GOP members of Congress, fearful of the election and its consequences, lost many seats. Thirdly, the GOP is not a good representative of conservatives. My Representative, Mimi Walters, lost her seat because she was a stooge for John Boehner and when he lost power, she was left in the wind. She certainly never fought for anything that I cared about. Need I go on?

Great points, as usual. I was just targeting a microcosm of political consultants who demand premium pay despite winning results and you'll find a sad constant.

Are you honestly saying that these candidates lost because millennials ran their campaigns?

Are you honestly asking this after reading the piece (which has multiple examples) or are you assuming based on ignorance because reading is too hard?

First off, this article was hard to read because it is poorly written.
Second, it is not intellectually honest to boil their losses down to "Millennials should [not] be running political campaigns". They lost because they were bad candidates.
Bannon, McDaniel, and Nehlen never made it out of the primaries, and McDaniel lost during the special election run. Stewart lost the VA GOP gubernatorial primary and people actually had an expectation of him winning the senate? Yeah, right.
In the primaries, Bannon lost to Thils who was elected, McDaniel lost to Cochran who was elected, and Nehlen lost to Steil, who was elected. Not to mention that Nehlen is a white supremacist and maybe, just maybe, Wisconsin republicans didn't want to vote for him.
Not once did you touch on any of their platform points. Sure, maybe Roy Moore was hurt by the allegations against him, but if a Republican doesn't win an Alabama statewide election then that is something to look into.

PO1 (Join to see) - If the Daily Beast left labels you as a racist, not because it's true but because it fits a political narrative, we should believe and run with it. Got'cha. And one is in very perilous ground when they call out someone for poor content. That means you have to be perfect in your rebuttal. Not a good time for spelling errors.
And if Democrats can elect and reelect serial sexual abusers and worse, admire Democrats who say racist things in public, don't come here and base your assertion on a political musing.

So, you blocked me? Awesome. I can't tag you but I can respond.
First, I am a Republican. Well, Republican is as close to what I am in the two party system.
Second, I don't think Paul Nehlen is a white supremacist because the Daily Beast said so. I think he is because he is one. I don't know if you took the time to read about anything he has said, but I would recommend it.
Again, this is an opinion piece you wrote on your blog which has no factual basis to back up. This is also my opinion and we both know what to do with those.
