I know nothing of Texas Law, so I can't comment on the veracity of this report. I have seen several reports about The New laws just signed By Gov. Abbott, that they may have some "gotcha's". Be careful Texans.

A: A silencer is commonly used on motorcycle exhausts, sound suppressors are used on weapons and they are anything but silent. I can provide proof in personal as needed...LOL
B: It's being widely disseminated here... Yes it is now TX law, but until run through the courts Texans are advised to go forth with caution.
C: While I would love to avoid the Tax stamp, Fed tracking and long wait, plus restrictions on use/travel depending on which way you decide to apply for a new tax stamp as individual/trust/corporation. I'll wait until the court decisions to go this route, for now the feds still get my $200 per NFA purchase.

Same thing happened in Washington when the state legalized marijuana. Liberals openly complained about still being restricted.
