Before you go off on "It's CNN Fake News", I'm not posting to get who's real or not here. Listen to Cooper ask her simple questions that she should know the answers to then look at her facial expressions. This is how you get elected....get some batshit crazy person to talk meaningless things to tap dance around a direct answer question and enjoy your time in office.

An amateur-level noise maker. It's become SOP for these people to deflect from the question and revert to a canned speech. They know the time is limited so they try to run out the clock without ever answering the question. The viewers gain about the same amount of info to base their vote on as if the producer just played random people talking in the background. Noise generators.

Very true Sir, but as his spokesperson, she should’ve been able to answer them directly and still slide in her drivel without twisting her head, looking dazed and confused, and recognize when the moderator is giving her an ‘out’. He gave her three just in the beginning. It’s a shame that they’re putting bad comedians as spokespersons to ‘get the message out’. This happens to be far right, but like you said it’s SOP across the board

I wonder if there is a school somewhere that these people attend to learn how to avoid answering direct questions. That applies to all sides.
