Cops turn to social media to crack case of World War I relic

What a great story this is. I had no idea WWI warriors had round dog tags. It's miraculous this tale was found, much less finding who it belonged to.
RANDOLPH -- A wartime dog tag turned into Randolph police was a century old and bore a name and some numbers.
But a social media campaign and some sleuthing spearheaded by one police officer, Kevin Aldred, has landed the artifact into the hands of the soldier’s descendant: his 66-year-old grandson in Walpole.
