Coventry Man Arrested Twice Within Three Hours for DUI and Weapons Charges

This is only a few miles from where I live. I dont know why this idiot was released after threatening police. The DUI is one thing but shooting across road, altering firearms identification numbers, etc is serious. He should stay in jail.
