A story out this morning on ASEAN Now (formerly Thaivisa) says that majority of Thais do not believe the health ministry is up to the task. Another story talks about the frustration of private hospitals and government bureaucracy.
The government will never admit to screwing the pooch as that would mean a loss of face. In Asia, face is everything. With new cases hitting over 9500 per day and Healthcare workers becoming infected in spite of vaccine (Sinovac), it's time they sucked it up and asked for help.
