D.C. Metro Transit Officer Charged With Trying to Assist ISIS

Sometimes it is impossible to look into someones past and know what is in their mind. I would think he should have been on the big radar screen since 2009 and apparently was. Somewhere along his path he became radicalized and began to sympathize with our enemies. Just like some of the military members who acted out in violence. Luckily, the diligence of Investigators kept this from bieng much worse than what it was. If I was DC Metro, I would be reviewing my security protocols and determining exactly what he may have had access to at his job sites through his employment with the Police Department
