DA: Man charged after mocking, assaulting victim with cerebral palsy

Again as with a previous article he is charged for the actual assault of punching the guy in the face. He is a total asshat and will hopefully spend time in jail for that. His mocking the guy although, nasty a rude, is not criminal. We have to be very careful when people want to add charges or increase the severity of chagres because of something someone says. We should NOT surrender our freedom of speech so quickly. There might be a time where WE are the ones saying something that someone doesn't like.
