Unfortunately this is the kind of news report that is going to drive a larger wedge between races. The current Admin started this as a ploy to get more votes. They tend to pit groups against each other and now must bear the burden for what they have caused. This President has those police officers blood on his hands.

I see you've been down voted by someone. Let's wait and see if you get your courtesy reason. I can only guess why.

PO2 Mark Saffell - You will never it this way. You've memorized the same talking points you probably rant about every month.

SGT (Join to see) Nope never got that courtesy message. I worked as a cop and have two sisters that are cops. I understand when the President says things against police officers what effects it has. It only takes a few crazy people to take what he says and run with it. A police officer was ambushed here in St. Louis on Friday for the same reason of what happened in Dallas. There are groups calling to kill cops, that cant be denied. Also a report over the weekend came out that proves my point about the President hurting race relations in America. 17% where concerned at the start of his admin. That number is now 35%. That tells me we are going the wrong way.

Was this even thought about 7 ½ years ago? I'm asking. I'm not being snarky or sarcastic.

So does your last statement include the officers who were shot a killed last night or the two shot in Georgia? I agree the relationship is tarnished between police and blacks but it has gotten 10 times worse under the guidance of Obama. Being law enforcement I don't look at the color of skin I look at the crime itselfz I could break down by crime the race of people we deal with and its a mix of everyone. If you want things to change then do so by conversations b and not violence that is why no one takes BLM seriously.

SGT Brian Wall - If you paid attention, I stated my condolences specifically and solely for the officers and their families earlier on the thread. Can I ask you a question? What made you think I never had those officers in mind?

SGT Brian Wall - "Under the guidance of Obama"? Really? So he's also your local town sheriff? I'm gonna say it: white supremacy doctrine have crept into politics at the lowest levels and hence the black man becomes more of a target. He is hated from the White House to the streets of Minnesota. There you have it. To think that black people should just sit there and do nothing is a mistake. Likewise, police who do their job without prejudice, discrimination, and profiling are fed up of those bigoted coworkers. I've been around the block a few times and have real pulse on white supremacist ideology... It's alive and well and no one is afraid of it. I suppose you will point out black supremacist and racists... Yes of course-see how this never ends? Where do we go from here?

Block me. That reflects the exact state of mind you're coming from. You're in total denial. You're absolutely right though some people need *an* education in history. 8 years is not history.
