According to the report:"The gun fell to the floor and as he tried to grab it, it fired a shot". This is BBC's take. It is obvious they know very little about guns, "it" being the gun does not fire a shot. The idiot FBI agent who pulled the trigger, when he tried to grab it, and it fired.
Glad he is being charged, he has no business carrying a firearm.
