DAV DepMA Convention 6 19 2021

Yesterday I was unable to participate in Colonel Burroughs Morning Message/Quotes as I was headed up to the DAV Department of Massachusetts Annual Convention for 2021! It was an all day affair to conduct Business matters associated with running the States' DAV for another year... it included the process of voting in new officers for the 2021-2022 fiscal year and all was accomplished... It was more of a casual convention than usual, but we persevered... LOL!

These conventions in past years have been a three day event that encompasses social gathering of disabled Vets and their significant others as well as business matters, rituals associated with the Missing Man table, and a plethora of other segments associated with the DAV... It was a good day and we accomplished much during our session... I created this video to show the Opening of our DAV Convention with the display of our colors and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, which is done before any of our meetings begin...
