I've seen them around for at least a year now. I still have question about them, but the dealers just sell them and don't know how to answer my questions. So until I find someone with one who can answer them. I'll still be wary about them. Might have helped me and my wife when we went down on 29 July. Yesterday was 6 months and hopefully I'll be riding again by March.
