I agree with Gen Loh that the rollback strategy has been very effective time and again, and still bears a lot of merit if we intend to bring the full force of air and ground forces to bear in an (initially) contested air environment. I'd like to hear more from Gen Loh on the particulars of how to employ the other "smart strategies" beyond stealth and standoff that would effectively contribute to rollback.

I'd like to think that the pilot and crew are the most effective weapon we have in the air, the ability to make decisions and take actions cannot be replicated in a simulation. Thanks for sharing Col Joseph Lenertz
