Dude anyone can get a god damn ID unless your homeless. Anyone in this country with a valid address social or birth certificate can get a city state or county ID. Ethnicity has nothing to do with it! I live in Philadelphia PA, one of the poorest cities in the country an even the local churches will let you use them as address for proof of ID an mail. I can go to Kensington the poorest neighborhood in the city an everyone will have An ID unless they're homless,under the age of 18 or illegal. Get off your damn high horse!

If poor, corrupt, impoverished, rural Mexico can issue photo voter’s identification cards, why can’t America? I’ll bet most American Indians already have tribal photo ID cards to receive tribal benefits. My deceased friend in OK certainly enjoyed his tribal benefits.
