And the country pays for their problems. When WWII Pearl Harbor, Korea War, or 9/11 happened...did we have time to prepare? What makes them think we have time to prepare against backpack nukes, bio weapons or .... being smuggled across our border. Do they hate the idea of making life tough for our enemies?
