Department Of Homeland Security Promises Changes To Protect Migrant Children

Not the fault of DHS. If you were traveling somewhere with your children, and there was a 100% chance you would be separated from your children for an unknown amount of time, why on earth would you still go? In addition, both children had health problems before being detained by DHS.
