DHS backs down, offers to drop deportation proceedings against wife of special forces veteran

Chip, I have met countless SF boys over the years who's wives were from another country. People have got to understand they dont just go for an exercise and come home lots of guys live in far away lands. I think the future wives need to be checked out however, we cant ask them to spend as much time as we do in far away lands and not occasionally fall in love. It happens.

Kinda good news and bad news. I don't like the fact that they make exceptions. Treat everyone the same. Had he not been SF, she'd have been on a bus/train/plane outta here. But on the other hand, my wife is foreign and makes sure she does what she needs to do.
