If Disney would act like any other tourist attraction inf Fl and Pay their fair share of tourism money fromtheir parks then there probably wouldn't be a proble...but they had their own :district" and di their own thing amking money hand over fist and not giving it back to Floridians.

Not sure where the right got the idea that Disney World doesn't pay taxes, they do. https://www.wral.com/story/fact-check-how-does-new-florida-law-affect-disney-s-tax-status/20261882/
Thinking of the agreement as something that allowed Disney to build and make improvements without having to get town, county, and state permits is probably the most accurate way to think of it.

Fact check: How does new Florida law affect Disney's tax status?
A popular Facebook post says that Florida lawmakers and Gov. Ron DeSantis recently passed a new law that "erases" the Walt Disney World Resort's "tax exempt law," potentially costing the company $200 million a year. PolitiFact checks the claim.
