This is a great article. But I don't see an easy solution. It would take a dynamic leader at every echelon of an organization to break the cycle of wasteful actions.

This brings up some valid points, sir Lt Col Jim Coe Sleep, Rest, Relaxation, Effective Time Management, High Productivity, Communication and Active Conducive Criticism are all elements that need to be in balance as an officer leading his unit.
