Does this provide an unfair advantage to male to female transgender members in services that value PT scores? I think it's a small thing when compared to the overall issue but it's an issue none the less. I think it would be better to establish a common standard amongst males and females. We as a society have abandoned the notion of biological differences (except in women's choice related issue) when it comes to jobs. Therefore we need to evolved as well. Maybe common standards based on MOS/Rate/AFSC? Of course, there will be another polictial fallout associated with Diveristy within each MOS/Rate/AFSC but we can cross that road when the time comes.

There is no advantage, even the Olympic committee has established that transwomen who have been on hormones for a year may compete with cis-gender women. Before I started my transition I was able to max my pushups on the male scale. 78. I've been on hormones for a little over a year and now I struggle to knock out 46. And that is after losing a lot of weight.
