DOJ admits to over-collecting evidence in raid, offers to return Trump passports

We all know that this is about Jan 6 and making sure Trump doesn't get re-elected.

Unfortunately, if the law enforcement managed by the Feds screws up, it’s just tough s##t for whomever they go after. Local and state LEOs get crucified.

Well, that's awfully nice of them. Seeing how they should have never been taken in the first place. But then the raid wasn't about gathering evidence of any crimes. It was about sending a message and it backfired on Biden and his crony Garland.
