TSgt Joe C., I think the NFL needs to really do something about the injuries that continue to occur in professional football. I realize that it's a contact sport, that the players agree to play, etc. However, every game I watch nowadays seems to be filled with injury timeouts. I don't know what the answer is, and I guess the NFL doesn't know either. There are just way too many devastating injuries (especially head shots) that seem to be occurring with ever greater frequency in my opinion.

Thanks for letting us know that the Miami Dolphins believe that "quarterback Ryan Tannehill tore his ACL during the third quarter of Sunday's 26-23 victory over the Arizona Cardinals and will miss the remainder of the season, two sources with knowledge of the injury told NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport and NFL Network's Courtney Fallon. Tannehill will have an MRI to determine if there is other damage." TSgt Joe C.
I concur with LTC Stephen C. that the "NFL needs to really do something about the injuries that continue to occur in professional football."
