Domestic abusers, stalkers and sex offenders to be registered on super-database

I always have trouble with government data bases. The Charleston shooter got a gun because of a wrong zip code. The Church shooter in Texas got a gun because of a failure to document his less than honorable discharge. The FBI ignored multiple warnings about the pulse shooter. When I was in the reserves some reserve unit, personnel records, changed my SSI. I had to submit reams of paperwork to correct some reserve personnel members ineptitude. My wife had an error in her credit score due to a mismatch in names, again it was a major chore and pain to correct. What happens if you are erroneously placed on one of these government super lists?
