That is why we will never be completely off fossil fuels. What do we do if he auto industry goes to only electric cars? More drain on the electric grid. This is an evolving issue that will not be fixed anytime soon.

Worked in the electric utility industry for a number of years. Too many fairy tales being peddled about new alternative energy sources. Some day they’ll work/be cost efficient; but, not yet. Went through too many rolling blackouts in California due to *lack* of capacity.
