John Kasich: 2%.
Mike Huckabee: 1%

I say if he works with congress to reduce government, that is only way he can 'create' jobs. The jobs that government creates are ones staffed with incompetent cronies that we can't rid ourselves of.
He will also finally understand what every president has to understand, it all changes once you are read on.

He doesn't have the experience of maturity to endure through a presidential term. He can't walk into the senate and demand things, he'll get laughed out of the room. I think at the end of the day the race will come down to Rubio vs. Clinton.

Based upon the activity of the current occupant of the office, he doesn't need congress, executive orders are all that is required to change the entire system. It has worked so far.

Jacob Hollander - is correct, if you actually look up executive orders by president, Obama has issued less than many of those before him, I believe the only one that has issued less in recent years was Clinton. I do not support Obama's politics but until we get both parties working together it won't matter who is in the White house, nothing will change.
