Sgt (Join to see) Tulsa was my representative fora couple of terms when I lived on Hawaii's Big Island. I always liked her because she was a vet and a straight shooter.

The VA will plan and execute the plan that keeps staff engaged at the old VA Medical Treatment Facility while the new construction is under way. Upon completion of the new center, the old center will be vacated and the new inaugurated.
