The pulse among friends in West Texas hasn’t bumped any, but they are being cautious. The President helped keep things calm already by ensuring that the strategic reserves are available if needed.
This isn’t as big as it would have been 10 years ago as we now outproduce Saudi Arabia, as does Russia.
