Not really happy with the city's for planning commission allowing residential structures on a potential "Superfund" cleanup site(Gold Mesa),
Residential structures in a commercial/light industrial zone(US HWY 24/CO. 94)... and it's also in a potential flood zone.
Failure to promote and use a 500 acre industrial park(Foreign Free Trade Zone. between
