SFC Jeffrey Carroll, If I may make a suggestion. Somewhere down the road you might want to consider hearing from those who had to live with an alcoholic, spouse, kids. The impact on the lives of those around an alcoholic can be significant.

I am just posting the podcast as it brings great value to our community.
All sides of an issue should be heard.
Avoiding a subject means one has not come to terms with it yet. In terms of addiction - avoidance means the substance still controls a person.
But again, I'm just supporting my friend who does the podcast. I didn't write it.
