ERIK JORGENSEN'S LAW is a bill that is being presented to Law Makers in each state. The Bill was created by a panel of War Fighters to help protect and preserve the lives or our Nation's WAR FIGHTERS.
ERIK JORGENSEN lost his life to suicide after a long battle with PTSD. He was a Soldier, a son, a brother and a friend.

As I've helped someone in crisis this bill would be a great asset. Once a person goes of the grid it can rather frustrating in relaying the information and finding the individual. I did sign the petition as I think there are good measures in this bill that could expedite in helping an individual in crisis. Thanks for sharing this.

Hi all! I am the Delegate that presented this at our County Republican Convention on March 12. Currently, this is the first state attempt has been made this far for Erik Jorgensen's Law. This has not been implemented at this point into law. A caption of the law has been voted in and adopted into our Polk County Platform and will ride into 3rd District and State Conventions shortly. We will be filing amendments to include as much of the bill as introduced (hopefully to its fullest) and have it sitting pretty for our Legislators so we can place it into our House and Senate.

At this time, I have taken 3 planks into 3 Iowa Republican GOP Conventions. I am currently trying to secure Erik Jorgensen's Law into the National Republican Convention through our National Committeeman and National Delegates. I have made great contacts into US Congress as well as US Senate. I made direct contact with our US Congressman (one of them) on Saturday. I was also invited into a meeting by a business investor and his associates that will be meeting with one of our US Senators, and they would like me to attend their meeting with the Senator. We are making headway with this. Wish me luck!
