As a transgender woman who is also a person of faith and a Christian studies grad from Liberty U I can say that I studied the scriptures. I looked at the relevant passages in their historical context. I considered the message to the historical audience and it's value to a contemporary audience. This is not a matter of cherry picking. Nor is a matter of choosing an interpretation. Quite the opposite. You absolutely cannot value Gods word without looking at the message that God had for the audience of the day.
You will not find a scriptural reference with a historic message against gender dysphoria or gender transition.
In the event that we disagree that is ok. I don't need to convince you of the validity of my faith relationship with God or of my salvation in Christ. Nor do you need to convince me of yours. Neither of us needs to worry about the speck in each other's eye when I am certain we have more than enough planks to worry about in our own and we can both agree that Christ would be hanging out with the least of these which in our country transgender folks who have been pushed away by our faith community would certainly qualify.
Hope that helps.

And here was an interesting thought, how does a transgender woman of faith live with herself and be true to God? I would like to see more discussions of the spiritual aspects of the journey.

CW3 Lindsey Muller - At this point in my life I would most accurately describe myself as a very spiritual Deist.

SGT (Anonymous) - How do you prove a negative? Being an agnostic seems like a more intellectually honest position.

She's not a man. The clinical definition is transsexual woman, aka Transgender, although I prefer the classic definition.

Transsexual woman are sometimes more attractive than some genetic females (because they try harder). Ok, bad joke.

What a genetic female may take for granted, took people like us; pain, trial and tribulation to accomplish. Each journey is different, and some are quite hard. All involve loss and pain.
