From the article:

"In fact, per Pentagon nomenclature, the mild traumatic brain injuries those service members sustained are considered “not serious.” The injury reporting system has three levels, Gen. Mark Milley, the Joint Chiefs chairman, said Thursday: Very serious, serious and not serious. Mild TBI falls under the last category."

You are, if nothing else, consistent.

I've viewed neuroimaging exams of TBI and CTE. Some show structure and others, function. I prefer the latter. Is the brain which is depicted here Esper's as it looks quite normative! The ardent promoters will denigrate these facts. I predicted that we will continue to see and escalation of the defensive triad!
