Very true sir, when I could run before my accident, I would do a mile in the morning, than have a light breakfast.

When training and wanting to lose weight then I will run when I get up before breakfast.

When doing something like a PT test I have to eat something or I will crash hard during the run. Usually it’s just something like a protein bar 30 mins or so before the event. I remember one drill I got up at 0300. Drive 2 hours to drill. Didn’t eat much the night before. We were doing some intense CrossFit type stuff and I got very light headed. Won’t ever do that again!
