Don't bet on it. China and Russian are not far behind, and will love to see a war of attrition between NK and USA.

Attrition? Don't think so. China & Russia have more to fear from cessation of trade with the US.

NK has shot down 2 US military aircraft over the years, so how do these "experts" come to the conclusion that they have neither ability or intent?

Could be, since I have B-1 experience certainly know they'd have a tough time, but rapid descent and flares can only do so much.
