Air Traffic Phraseology as set forth in FAAH 7110.65 is very specific as to how the Controllers will react to the words the Pilot uses. Specifically to avoid such problems in the heat of things though in unusual circumstances.

Argh!!! As if Oregon needs any more publicity. Kingsley is a great base for training F15 pilots for the entire Air Force. It's a shame this occurred. Thankfully, the pilot is okay.
