F-15SG: Singapores RSAF Decides to Fly Like An Eagle

I noticed in this morning's news showing pictures of F-15 and F-16 Fighters coming back from escorting and protecting the bombers that went into Syria. I did not see any F-35 junk strike Fighters. I read another story ,here on rallypoint ,discussing the United States Air Force's decision to get rid of these F-15 strike Eagles in the next 6 years. Why not buy the version that the Singapore, Saudi and other Arab countries are buying that are actually more advanced, in many respects, then our most recent F15 model?Other countries have paid to continue to purchase from the F15 assembly line and Boeing keeps making improvements.

It makes sense to have these planes available when having the F-35, by itself, is just too risky. Another good reason to not consider the F-35 to be the sole platform. Kind of like the John candy or Chris Farley of attack aircraft. It's big, it's uncoordinated and it cannot dog fight even though it's not designed to dogfight.
