Famed supergiant star Betelgeuse will explode some day, and it's acting weird right now

Excellent report on Betelgeuse and the possibility that it could go supernova at any time... yet it is a variable star and has had periods of dimming and getting brighter...so it will be very interesting to see what happens... Great post, 1SG Steven Imerman
