Still premeditated assault with a weapon meant to cause grievous pain and harm. PTSD is a convenient defense put out by dude's lawyer. PTSD makes you impulsive; not planning this kind of shit. And you should have your morals and values intact unless you have a very severe case.
Also fun is that the Mayor of Milwaukee blames Trump for this. I would posit that it is equally likely that this happened due to the Mayors' sanctuary policy.
Of course neither are likely the case. This guy is an asshole and did a terrible deed. Blaming anyone but the culprit is bullshit.

1SG (Anonymous): Where in the article did it state that this person's attorney put out the convenient defense of PTSD? All I saw were quotes from his family members that he has PTSD. I looked online for other articles and not one has an attorney for the defendant making this claim. If you have a link to the person's attorney making the claim of PTSD for the defendant, please post it.

PTSD or not, this is absolutely unforgivable...and he will or should realize that. And acid is a weapon...you don't need guns or explosives to kill and maim

Lt Col Charlie Brown It's a particularly nasty weapon at that. The point of using such a weapon isn't obviously to kill but to make that person's life a living hell. To loosely use the term, terrorize him and people like him.
