My question is why haven’t the nation’s 17 intelligence agencies made more progress in determining the source of funds for the protestors and the master mind co-ordinating these riots?

If you go outside and talk to people, it is pretty apparent that there are multiple groups on the street with differing agendas. Out of towners seem to be much more predisposed towards confronting police and brandishing weapons. Local folks brandish little more than signs. There are subgroups of all types.
Be aware of who is around you. They are using ordinary folks as cover to keep from being identified and arrested.
Can't say I've seen any "white supremicists" out there, but there are a lot of people and it is possible. There are rumors of their presence. I am a pretty canny observer, and I haven't seen them.

The rioters are not helping.
