Rest in peace Bill Paxton — the only man to play an 80s Space Marine with depth of character, and the only man to hold the distinction of being killed by a Terminator, Predator and Alien on film. You will be missed. #RIP

Pfc Hudson gave thousands of 'short' Marines lines to use on their leaders as to why they shouldn't do something prior to ETS. I hated him for most of his career. I mourned him when he was killed by the xenomorph on LV-426.

I hadn't heard that Bill Paxton died until reading this. He had a lot of memorable characters in his time. First thing I remember him in was Commando where he was the Coast Guard Radar Operator who loses contact with the plane on its way to the island. Of course he is unforgettable in both Weird Science and Aliens.

Yes, I can remember him as the brother Chet who gets turned into a piece of crap because he's such a jerk to his brother. That was my memorable scene but one knows getting hit with a shotgun barrel to the Head you would not recover from that one his brother was a wrong answer hitting him with a shotgun was funny but also very wrong!
