The fact that the 9th Circuit rendered an opinion that cited the prohibition of "going armed" by monarchies, speaks volumes about their view of the relationship of the people of America to their government.
That 9th Circuit view stands in sharp contrast to the view of the Founders, as expressed in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.
