Whatever happened to the SOP of saying exercise, exercise, exercise at the beginning of each regular transmission on a practice? We did it at dugway Proving Ground using the word exercise, exercise, exercise and we didn't have an issue of our security forces that are active duty Army, my National Guard unit, going toe-to-toe with each other because we knew was an exercise. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, what went wrong here?

Have 5 friends currently at USUHS training to be MDs and all were freaking out. I was nearby in the district and the buzz was insane....no one knew it was a drill and the official Naval Support Activity Bethesda page didn't even clarify until later that night.
