NSGA Sugar Grove was commissioned OCT 1, 1992 vice 1995. I was stationed there in the early 70's as a CTT2. After retiring from the Navy in 1993 I went back as the environmental/natural resource "Sand Crab". The base closure was September 30, 2015.
