LTC (Join to see) The Canadian and US governments have big reasons to get rid of large denomination bills. They allow for gray / black market commerce with the large amounts to be handled which the tax man get's no cut.
I find it hard to believe that every dollar in circulation has been in strip clubs or porn shops, not that many around Ohio. Maybe Portland, OR is the modern day equivalent to Sodom and Gomorrah?
